His ventures were able to secure significant VC funding and many have realized above-average returns for shareholders in multiple successful exits.
Before founding LG Capital, Leo was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co. with a focus on Banking & Start-ups, and prior to that an Investment Banking M&A Analyst with HSBC.
Leo grew up in Switzerland, holds an MBA degree from Columbia Business School and a B.A. degree in Business Administration from University of St. Gallen.

Managing Director
Markus has over 10 years experience in top-level management consulting and M&A advisory, with expertise in corporate finance and business strategy. He has supported many top-tier VC and PE firms in making successful investment decisions, which he is very passionate about.
Prior to LG Capital, Markus was a Junior Partner at McKinsey & Co. and a Senior Project Manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ M&A team.
Markus grew up in Switzerland, holds a Master of Arts in Banking & Finance from University of St.Gallen and is a CFA charterholder.

Managing Director
Övünç brings a wealth of experience in PE investing, portfolio management and management consulting, accumulated at The Carlyle Group, Morgan Stanley and McKinsey & Co.
Prior to LG Capital, Övünç was a VP at IIG, a PE firm co-established by Övünç, focusing on mid-market growth and buyout opportunities in Turkey.
Övünç grew up in Turkey and lived in Germany and the UK during his professional career. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a M.Sc. degree in Production Engineering from TU Berlin and a B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bogazici University.
